Solar installation for a Condominium in Vaud
The condominium (PPE) in Châtacombaz, aimed to modernise its energy infrastructure step by step. Several upgrades were planned: replacing the heating system with a heat pump, installing electric vehicle charging stations, and adding a photovoltaic installation.
Since the renovation fund did not allow all projects to be carried out at once, the PPE — supported by Ommilos solutions immobilières, its partner for project and property management — chose to begin with the solar installation. 
Thanks to Younergy Solar’s subscription model, the project could be launched without any upfront investment, while preserving the financial resources required for the next phases.
This first step now enables the PPE to produce part of its electricity locally and sustainably, forming the foundation of a broader long-term renovation strategy designed to be progressive, accessible, and future-oriented.
